Contour DVR & Samsung TV have Intermittant Audio for all live, pre-recorded & Netflix shows
Have a new Contour box on a new Samsung TV connected via HDMI cable that has intermittent audio with sound dropping out for from several seconds to several minutes at a time, on all channels and all modes of viewing (live, recorded, On Demand & Netflix). Neither resetting nor replacing the Contour box has resolved the issue. Help!
Does this happen on any other devices connected to the TV? (dvd, bluray, etc.) If not, you may want to connect a different HDMI cord to the cable box and see if it still happens. If so, it sounds like there may be a signal issue and will need to have a technician out to investigate further.
