Anyone have audio issues after reboot?
Hello. For some reason my cable box rebooted a couple hours ago. Since then I have some shaky audio issues. Off and on I lose audio to the point I have to change channel to get it back. For a couple of weeks, whether are are watching a cable channel or streaming Hulu, our sound cuts in and out, getting more frequent as time goes. When watching my recorded shows with the cloud DVR, the sound will just stop while the program continues to play. Then after a few seconds the sound comes back on. It will repeatedly do this during a show about 7 or 8 times. Have a new Contour box on a new Samsung TV connected via HDMI cable that has intermittent audio with sound dropping out for from several seconds to several minutes at a time, on all channels and all modes of viewing (live, recorded, On Demand & Netflix). Audio cuts out sporadically for 2-15 seconds but ONLY on CPTV. When it happens, the video distorts on a few lines on the screen - sort of like we used to get with the satellite dish during storms. Anyone have this problem? Any fix known?2.5KViews0likes0Comments
