Cannot See List of Recordings on WatchTV

I can record and view recordings on my TV fine, but when I try to view my recordings on https://watchtv.cox.com/recordings, all I see is an error message that says "Unable to Retrieve Recordings There was a problem retrieving your recordings. Please try again. Apologies for any inconvenience."

My Contour app on my iPad shows previous recordings that I can watch, but it is not updating when I either record new things or delete recordings.  Does anybody have experience with this?  Thanks for your help.

        You may need to call in, and get escalated to CAG, and have them verify your account provisioning is correct.
