Can’t get channel 8 wvue on my new cable box installed yesterday??? Cox can’t help??????
Why doesn’t channel 8 which is 1009 on cox box New Orleans show up on my guide nor can I manually go to that channel??

@Robbiea. e, are you missing any other channels at all, or is it exclusively channel 8? Can you please make sure all cables are secured tightly and free of damage? Do you have a splitter in the home? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
