Can’t get channel 8 wvue on my new cable box installed yesterday??? Cox can’t help??????
Why doesn’t channel 8 which is 1009 on cox box New Orleans show up on my guide nor can I manually go to that channel??

If you press Guide on the remote and then press Guide again...the first option is for All Channels. Try dat.
