Boot issues

Anyone else experiencing Boot issues with Arris receiver ..I have had this issue numerous times, (5 so far this month). It usually gets resolved every time I login and restart.  But not the case today.  There is a low signal 720 x and the correct signal 1920 came through for a millisecond.  Ok . just came on.  Was off for 3 hours... What's happening Cox?
