Can you expand Call History and scroll down through items from top to bottom?
Yes. Selected 120 Days, scroll bar'd to bottom and saw a spam call dated 5 Jan tagged as no risk.
Then the update just broke the website for me because I don't see a scroll bar.

I have a scrollbar, BUT, using a browser caller opera on a wide monitor. See if at the bottom of your monitor, you have a slide bare for left to right. it may be the window in window used for the web site is too wide to filly display and you may be able to move it side to side. You can also try to zoom OUT, ctrl and the minus key and see if THAT works.

With 10 items, you get a scroll bar.
@WiderMouthOpen I could have truncated the screen and I wouldn't have had to redact anything, but mine looks pretty much like that except for 1 or 2 fewer items and no vertical scroll bar.

I think the reason I'm not seeing a scroll bar is because the grid will display up to 10 items. The scroll bar isn't displayed when the box isn't full. When I select 30 days, 8 items are displayed. The individual items change when I sort from oldest to newest, so I know there are more than 8 items in the population. When I select 120 days, 9 items are displayed. Again, individual items displayed change when I sort oldest to newest.
Based on the sort results, it appears that Call History is probably retrieving the correct transactions for each selected time period. (I also downloaded 120 days of Call History). The problem is that not enough transactions are being listed in the initial display to trigger the scroll bar. What's causing that would seem to be the question.
I have an open ticket.
@Darkatt I have no vertical or horizontal grid scroll bars. Zoom in and out has no effect. I believe the reason I have no vertical scroll bar is because Call History isn't listing enough transactions in the initial display to trigger it.
