We are also looking to assist from here as well. If you notice the service working prior to the tech's arrival, please contact us if needed and we can cancel the appointment for you. If not then we will be able to correct any issues when the tech arrives.

IT WORKS!! The light is now lit and a phone plugged into the modem gets a dial tone and can dial out. Please cancel the tech's appointment.
