Mobile network not available…

Every time I try to use my phone or even call COX 611 it states “  mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call.

It is connected to my wireless network.

I can see how this would be frustrating. If you haven't already done so, please restart your device, and try moving to another location in your home to see if you can pick up the mobile network. Wifi Calling is not yet available on all Cox mobile devices, so if Wifi calling is on and not working, I recommend making sure that feature is turned off.  You can see here for enabling Wifi Calling https://www.cox.com/residential/support/enabling-your-cox-mobile-device-for-wifi-calling.html. If you share what device you have, a moderator or community member may be able to provide more assistance.
If turning off Wifi Calling, restarting your device, and moving to another location to improve the mobile network signal doesn't help please email cox.help@cox.com with your full name, complete street address and a description of the trouble you're having so we can investigate for you.  If you prefer, you can also reach us on Twitter/X  @CoxHelp, or visit us on Facebook.

Your link for wifi calling doesn't work. It has a period at the end. See the link in my post for comparison. I only mention it for trending reasons because it seems to be a typo made by only moderators, different moderators, both recently and in the past.

Also, is there anyway to find out when that page was last updated? For example, I don't see Pixel phones mentioned, but I have heard from customers that it did work after a recent android update. I guess it doesn't matter yet since we don't know OP's phone or OS version, but I predict it will be relevant. Last, I see we agree that main thing OP should do is move around to get signal. To that end, I also suggest OP make sure airplane mode is not on, and that the SIM is inserted correctly. Not even sure Cox uses SIM vs eSIM, but if they gave one, make sure it's inserted.

Wireless(wifi) is not the same as mobile(cellular). Does the phone show the icon for a cellular connection along the top? It will be separate/different for the symbol for wifi. If not, try going outside or moving around to see if it reconnects. Also go into settings and make sure the cellular/mobile connection is activated. What kind of phone do you have for instructions? Last, you can turn on wifi calling, which should send the phone call over the wifi connection instead of cellular. This should only be a short-term fix as you pay for your cellular bandwidth so it should work.
