I can see how this would be frustrating. If you haven't already done so, please restart your device, and try moving to another location in your home to see if you can pick up the mobile network. Wifi Calling is not yet available on all Cox mobile devices, so if Wifi calling is on and not working, I recommend making sure that feature is turned off. If you share what device you have, a moderator or community member may be able to provide more assistance.
If turning off Wifi Calling, restarting your device, and moving to another location to improve the mobile network signal doesn't help please email cox.help@cox.com with your full name, complete street address and a description of the trouble you're having so we can investigate for you.
