Cox refuses to implement protocols to prevent Spoofed Callers

They haven't complied with the full intent of stopping robocall calls with spoofed numbers.  To do so they need to verify the incoming call is not a spoofed number,and stop it from ringing through.  ...

I would gladly help but I think it should be a different post.  This was about the effectiveness of STIR.  Perhaps "Call-Blocking Recommendations" in the Phone Forum.
