Your e-mail server rejected you login problem

I can't received email on any of my clients (Outlook, Cellphone, Windows 10 Notebook) except for myemail.cox.net. I get prompted to enter my password. This is a recurring problem that usually goes away in a few minutes. Today it's been hours. How can I rid myself of this problem.

    You can't fix it yourself.  None of the normal "help" solutions are working.  Cox knows about the problem.  You are not alone.

    It's not a problem on your end.  It's a problem on the Cox side of things.  Nothing you can really do but wait it out and/or complain to their helpline.  They seem to have had a big outage today.  A lot of people were affected.

      It cleared up about an hour ago but I'm really getting tired of this.  Thanks for your reply.
