Worst service provider I have ever been forced to use

3 hours. 3 different customer service reps. Repeating the same information to every single one. Hung up on multiple times. I still do not have internet. I still do not have wifi. This after spending 2 hours with customer support yesterday.

Cox is the most incompetent, garbage service provider I have ever been forced to use. It's a sham that this business is allowed to exist.

      I'm sure you'll "investigate" as well as the other 6 CSR's I've dealt with. I have zero confidence that you will competently handle this issue.

    No Internet and no WiFi could be 2 different issues.  Do you have a separate modem and router?
