WiFi service
For the last two days. I have experienced disruptions in WiFi services throughout the day.
Using my cell data and logging on to my account. I received disruption notices and a useless time of service restoration which comes and goes with no resolution.
Cox offers no reasonable explanation other than to state that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. This is useless and a deceptive practice.
I am a long time customer and expect better service.
