WiFi service

For the last two days. I have experienced disruptions in WiFi services throughout the day. 
Using my cell data and logging on to my account. I received disruption notices and a useless time of service restoration which comes and goes with no resolution.

Cox offers no reasonable explanation other than to state that they are aware of the issue and are working on it. This is useless and a deceptive practice. 

I am a long time customer and expect better service.

    Just wifi or wired connections too? Do you have a Cox Panoramic gateway? If so, an older black one or one of the newer white ones? Last, if privacy allows, what state/area are you in? If the problem is only during outages, you won't find much help here from us users. Actually, moderators won't be able to help much either. Your best bet is trying to wave down one of the techs working on the outage in your area and asking them or ask on Facebook or some other social media local to your area to see if anyone heard any skuttle bug. DSLReports used to be a way to get in touch with engineers, but that is now gone. You can try emailing Cox via the welcome post/sticky but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Did any of the notices give a ticket number?
