Wifi panoramic app not working

Need help! Never had any issues before until we change our router last week I haven't  been able to sign in into the app. It just keep saying it cannot connect the gateway and to give them a call. I've tried Uninstalling and re-installing the app a few time and nothing seems to work.

    Hello Lara1,
    I know how important it is to be able to manage your WiFi from the Cox WiFi App, and that this error is making it impossible to do so. Could you email us at Cox.Help@cox.com with your name, complete address, and the URL to this forum comment you've shared? We can help investigate this and get to the bottom of a fix.
