WiFi in and out all week

I do t understand why it takes you a whole week to fix the WiFi/cable but I was billed today for the full amount?

    Open chat, get a live person and report the outages. They will verify the outages and ask if you want to be credited for down time. F'ng stupid as hell, they should be automatically crediting customers for outages. You shouldn't have to call in. They know good and well most people won't and they will bill the full amount.
