Thanks everyone - they did respond to the email. It was about a splitter on the coax, which I will try to eliminate tomorrow.
It would be helpful to have had that email address on the help site though!!!

Thanks for posting back. I would have been interested to know why it only happens between 4am and 6am. Maybe related to nightly update? Anyway, good luck.

Just a heads up: Spliters are always the first thing mods and reps will toss at you. I mean, bypassing a splitter may or may not work...but it's always their first guess. They don't troubleshoot but just suggest "splitter."
You never did provide what was specifically getting disconnected.
