Why can't I get any help with my upload speeds?

I have contacted customer service several times and still no one has come out and service the node on my poll.... I have been getting speed test results like the one attached for over two months now....

    Go to speedtest and select another server other than cox. If it improves it's the Cox speed app not acting right.

      I tested on several sites. And it is bad all around. Also we have spoke to a service tech once and they said it was something on the poll.

        @Makaytaj,

        I took a look at the network tickets in your area and I do see that there is a ticket to replace a low hanging drop, but that should not cause any service issues. I would recommend sending us an email and allowing us to set up a technician.

    After posting this yesterday now for some reason my upload and download for that matter is right.... Go figure.....

      I will post if it changes again though the day which it almost always does...
