Where is the bandwidth for Baton Rouge?

I pay for the 150/10 package and am currently getting 3/10.  That  3 megs down is 2% of what I pay for.  I understand there's high demand right now because of everyone staying home.

When can we expect Cox to address this situation?  Also, will my account be credited for the lack of service?
