@coxcommy Hello, we currently do not have any information regarding the next Firmware update. Cox works with our wireless equipment suppliers to improve and update firmware for our customers on an ongoing basis. You may be experiencing signal issues, which can also cause intermittent connectivity. I would recommend ensuring that all cables/wires are tightly secured and free of damage.
