What is going on with cox.

I know the internet goes down at times, but over 30 hours.  What gives. Do I need to switch carriers.   We are in an wifi age!  I can't even turn on my lights!!  Have to change the bulbs.

    Yeah they told me it was my router and agreed to rent one of their routers and the same thing is happening so a technician has to come out again while on the phone I have to agree to pay if I have tampered with anything, which I haven’t but I know they will blame something on my house, they never take fault, I have GigaBlast as well my Mbps are anywhere from 15 to 850

    Someone should invent some type of manual "light switch" that could be used to turn lights on and off when Wi-Fi is not available.

      Lol the socket isn't wifi moron it's the bulbs.  So yes if I want to change them out the switch will work!

        I couldn't find that elusive sarcastic font, so I used italics.  BTW, I don't have to screw a light bulb in and out to turn a light on and off and apparently you do.
