Webmail continual problems

I am amazed that Cox would continually produce a product as un-reliable as the Webmail. Since the upgrade, the service has only gotten worse. Under the former product, I thought it was slow, now it is agonizing at times There are 2 to 4 times a week for2 to 3 hours, the webmail url can not be found; I then try myemail url and sometimes it will work after a LENGTHY load. This url issue did not normally appear unless the site was down for maintenance under the former release. I also have been told the Webmail product will not work from Europe, leaving that source of communication unavailable. The continual reliability issues with this product is becoming untenable. My location is normally Phoenix, AZ.

    For those experience webmail slowness, we'd like to collect more information to investigate further. If you could email us at cox.help@cox.com with the following it would be very helpful:

    Info Needed:
    • Email Address:
    • Account Number:
    • Where slowness appears (i.e. after entering their credentials, or loading Inbox, etc.)
    • Date/ Time of attempted login:
    • Location/ Region:
    • IP: (if not sure, use http://www.whatismyip.com) IPv4 address required, IPv6 optional
