Upgraded to Gigablast and can not get over 400Mbps

I upgraded to Gigablast on Saturday and i can not get a download speed greater then 400Mbps.

I have a Arris SB8200 modem, Linksys EA9300 router.

Desktop pc ( i7 4770k @3.5Ghz, 32GB ram, dual Samsung 860 EVO drives in raid 1.

Cell phone is a Samsung Note10+

When I first turned on the modem i was getting 350Mbps down and 10Mbps up max.  I Directly connected my computer to the modem and down load speed was tops 370 Mbps.  I have factory reset the modem and i started to get speeds closer to 400Mbps down and the upload jumped to 35Mbps+.

I ran "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal" as i read in another post that this can cause issues or at least show slowness but my speeds did not change at all.

this is the most recent speed test https://www.speedtest.net/result/8795489429  I also use the speedtest.com app on my phone (wanted to eliminate that its just my pc) and it is getting the same results.

Any help on this would be appreciated.  If I need to have a tech come out and test the line let me know.

from my analysis, the downstream looks a little wonky.

      How is the downstream wonky?

wait i was looking at the wrong thing lmao, nevermind they are within the -7 to +7 dBmV. I was looking at the SNR for some reason lmao.

and it might be the modem, is the modem able to get those speeds? and do you have a router that can give gigabit speeds?

The modem is the Arris SB8200 as stated in the original post and a supported Gigablast modem by Cox.  The router supports gigabit ethernet wired, and up to 4Gbps wifi.

We can check the signal level to see if they're in range just email the full-service address and name to cox.help@cox.com.

I've had gigablast for almost a year now and have never seen much more than 700mbps. More often I get ~4-500 mpbs. I don't understand why they call it gigablast but I wish they (and other providers) didn't collude to segment markets and create regional monopolies so that we would have alternatives.

@YourBoyJoe, Your modem is up and running with a good signal and I do not see any unusual latency to the modem at this time. Are you experiencing this issue with multiple devices or just this one? Also, are you using a wireless or wired connection? -Allan. Cox Support Forums Moderator.
