Upgraded to Gigablast and can not get over 400Mbps

I upgraded to Gigablast on Saturday and i can not get a download speed greater then 400Mbps. I have a Arris SB8200 modem, Linksys EA9300 router. Desktop pc ( i7 4770k @3.5Ghz, 32GB ram, dual Sams...

I've had gigablast for almost a year now and have never seen much more than 700mbps. More often I get ~4-500 mpbs. I don't understand why they call it gigablast but I wish they (and other providers) didn't collude to segment markets and create regional monopolies so that we would have alternatives.

    @YourBoyJoe, Your modem is up and running with a good signal and I do not see any unusual latency to the modem at this time. Are you experiencing this issue with multiple devices or just this one? Also, are you using a wireless or wired connection? -Allan. Cox Support Forums Moderator.
