Updated Email secure settings but only temporary

Updated the secure email settings per Cox article, using a Mac--i get the email to send then within 24 hours or so, I am unable to send email again.  I have to go back in and follow instructions all ...

Hi LPS,

If you are using Mac Mail, use the article at www.cox.com/residential/support/changing-your-email-server-settings-for-mail-on-macos.html for reference. Do you have more than one email address set up in Mac Mail? What exactly do the port settings revert back to?

Incoming Server: pop.cox.net
Incoming POP port: 995
Outgoing Server: smtp.cox.net
Outgoing Port: 465 with SSL enabled and the password authentication box checked, or 587 with TLS enabled
