Unreliable service for past 7 days with LONG down times
For the past 7 days my internet connection has been ** - first Cox claims an outage, then they fix, then it goes out AGAIN, them its an unplannned outage - fixes it, then goes out AGAIN - and in order to get some stability the techs have to do 'something' at the box or cable junctuion or whatever its called that sits by the street behind my house and that works but my husband cannot sleep because it runs like a buzz saw especially at night and when that stops buzzing ALL SERVICE is lost and I have to call AGAIN! (multioke times because each time I call the CSRs manage to 'disconnect' me making me repeat phone call only to hear the dumb message - we see there is an outage in your area) - techs have been out MULTIPKE TIMES to the box/junction behind my house and NOTHING - now what do you mean by 'network-impacting event' with an estimated 'fix date' of 8/22 at 12:02 AM??? work from home (med accommodations) - if I lose my job is Cox going to pay my lot rent and bills? I giess no one is capable of figuring out the problem - maybe management should get out of the industry if they CANNOT provide reliable service.
