Unacceptable Billing Charges

With the end of my promo period and your recent Bill increase ($30/mth) my yearly Cox charges are $2616 for Basic TV & moderate Internet service. This is outrageous. I reviewed your "Personalized Offers". They are a joke. All to fatten your pockets & nothing for long time loyal customers. I've been a customer of yours with the same service for 29 yrs. I hope others review this & truly see the price gouging occurring here. It's time to shop around & dump this service.
