Why can you not talk to supervisors anymore? The whole rude accounts dept and they tell you 48 hours and then hang up on you. So glad I pay 20 bucks a moth to be treated like trash!!
Hi HMR1, It saddens us to hear that a customer who is loyal to our brand is not treated as a cherished member of the Cox family, and I find this to be deeply troubling.
