Trying to talk to Supervisor
Why can you not talk to supervisors anymore? The whole rude accounts dept and they tell you 48 hours and then hang up on you. So glad I pay 20 bucks a moth to be treated like trash!!

- Hi HMR1, It saddens us to hear that a customer who is loyal to our brand is not treated as a cherished member of the Cox family, and I find this to be deeply troubling.
