Are you also having this issue when using the panoramic app www.cox.com/.../cox-panoramic-wifi-app-features.html If so please try rebooting the gateway.

Ok, so I have a problem where I am trying to port forward, but the device I am trying to port forward on wifi.cox.com has a different ipv4 address than what it says on my pc. I checked the ipv4 address on my pc using command prompt, than typing ipconfig. It is connected through ethernet and I am not sure what to do.
If there is anyone who has had this problem, it would be nice if someone helped me, Thank you in advance.
