Here is more feedback, today 12 April 2018, it takes about 15-20 secs for my email client to login. It does finally login and get my email, SLOWLY!!! But as you can tell, Cox is still having issue with their email servers. I am no expert, but I can see the problems occurring. PLEASE get somebody in charge that knows email and servers and logins and imap, and etc etc etc. Cox is probably now the WORST email service I have had in 25+ years.
So, whatever you did last night only slowed down everything. While I can appreciate how difficult this has to be, You get paid a LOT of money to give us good service. I don't feel like i am getting my monies worth.
