There has been a 15 hour outage in my area. When will this be resolved? This is unacceptable!

    We have had the same issue here in OK and it's getting beyond ridiculous. It's the only service we get in our area or we would have gone with some else a long time ago. We are paying for a service we can't even use most of the time.
