Well intermittently, web mail is especially slow for me as well today but I suppose if you can busy your paying customers with infinitely meaningful tasks like switching browsers, clearing cash and cookies, checking for software updates, etc., you will stall them off long enough to where the problem, whatever it actually is, is temporarily resolved and people are convinced that your advice worked. Problem solved, right?

If you are having latency issues when accessing Webmail via a web browser, we suggest the following:
- Clear browser cache, cookies, and temporary files.
- Make sure your browser content settings accept first and third-party cookies.
- If your browser is out-of-date, update to the latest browser version.
- Try a different browser.
- Do you have hundreds of emails in your Inbox? Deleting or filing Inbox emails into folders may speed up the Inbox.
- Changing your Inbox "View" setting to List View can often speed up the Inbox.
If you are getting a specific error message or are unable to access your Webmail Inbox, please let us know.
