speed upgrade not working, modem is good

I upgraded my speed this morning, 5:00 and still no upgrade. I used a few different speed tests, including cox's. Can't get a tech on the phone or chat. Anybody know how long it takes to do this? My modem is not the problem.

    Can you log into your Cox account and reset the modem?  If Cox provisioned your account for the upgrade, a reset may force the configuration change.
