So tired of the unplanned outages!

I am a long time Cox customer who contacted ATLink today about making a switch. I can’t depend on Cox to deliver. Might be different if we were compensated for all the outages!

absolutely agree, i get them continuously and getting so tired also, the amount charged is outrageous yet service is bad.
