slow computer

I signed up for Cox Complete this weekend and today (Monday) my Mac started running really slow.  I thought to myself, what perfect timing.  The rep told me how helpful this new service will be and yes, even to MAC users.  So I call today to COX COMPLETE and was told by the tech that I will need to call back in a week because they don't have the software to connect to my computer.

THis is why people feel like they get screwed with Cox.  So I ask the guy, even though you cannot connect to me computer, isnt there something you can tell me to check or do?  Nope, must connect to your computer and to check back in a week. 

So far, Cox complete  is a complete rip off.
