Service is so bad
Wish we could get some other company around here in Kansas close to me that has a service that works

it's slow and alot of buffering and i'm expected to pay my bill on time every month but can't get a decent speed or bandwith or whatever it is, first thing cox says is it's my computer and i had my computer looked at didn't help
