Sending Emails through COX ISP to Web Hosting Site

I bought a new computer and cannot now send Outlook emails through our COX Internet (ISP) service to my web hosting site.  Receiving emails but not sending.

I can send emails using my Verizon (ISP) card connection with same portals in profile ... never had a COX problem with my old computer. It seems something in the COX system is blocking contact with the web hosting site.  

Any ideas?

    Are you trying to email your web hosting site from your Cox email address? Are you getting any kind of error message when you try to send?
