Sending Emails through COX ISP to Web Hosting Site

I bought a new computer and cannot now send Outlook emails through our COX Internet (ISP) service to my web hosting site.  Receiving emails but not sending. I can send emails using my Verizon (ISP)...

Are you trying to email your web hosting site from your Cox email address? Are you getting any kind of error message when you try to send?
