Requested new modem quite a while ago. Did not receive it

Have been having very frequent disconnects. Solved with unplugging modem.

Requested that  the modem be replaced. Supposedly sent out.

Never received. At least a month of waiting.

    Is it a phone modem?  If it isn’t why should cox replace it?

  • Do you live some where close by to one of their locations, where you can just go in and pick one up?  If you do just take the old one back in with you so they can exchange it for a new one and put the new one on your account so it will be activated for you before going home.
