I am having the same problem. But my trace routes are fluctuating between level3 and getting this:

seems like there's some weird routing issues.
- LisaH7 years agoModeratorHi Qly227. It looks like you may be having a slight issue when you get to hop 8, which is outside our network. Hop 6 isn't out of the norm as we allow for up to 80 ms. What site are you experiencing the issue with when you are gaming?
