Aside from the modem and router type...did you power off/on the modem then do the router? So there is a Cox plan for 300/30 available now? Also, you get about 150 down and 30 up, really using the Cox speed test and the ookla test back east. Wow, I've never gotten more than 11up, although I get up to 220down here in SoCal.
