Now on day 5 of the outage and still nothing. Even emailed like the reply said and nothing.
Hello. I recommend checking the cox app for service outage updates or accessing the outage map online at cox.com. Alternatively, you can reach back out to us via email at cox.help@cox.com
The app has said there is an outage for the last 5 days, on top of the text updates, with no update on when it's going to be fixed. And the email is a joke because nobody responds.

I emailed 2 days ago and still no response to that. Also just got the daily text update that we are now on Day 6 of the outage.
