UPDATE AND WITHOUT A HAPPY ENDING:
It's been 5 days and I've done exactly as requested but no improvement in the least. It's even gotten worse. Two email accounts that I rarely use and haven't used for several months are now getting spammed, too. This didn't happen at all before this past week. Since they are almost never used, it's proof that I didn't sign in with one of them to open up those for spam to even find. I guess it's time I give up. I tried my best to find a solution to get this horrible problem resolved. It's not worth the time it's taken to fight it further. I will now be a very unhappy customer of a company that I used to really like. If it wasn't for good internet service, I would totally quit Cox without a second thought. (Chase)
