I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing speed troubles. Power events and errors on the modem can be a symptom of an issue. I would like a chance to run some tests to see what's going on. When you have a chance, can you email my team at cox.help@cox.com with your name, address, and a link to this thread? When was the last time that you had a technician out?

I have not had a technician out in the year or so that I have lived at this address.
