email is down AGAIN!

this morning all of my email accounts cannot be accessed by outlook. don't bother telling me it's my computer, it's not, this keeps happening a couple of times a week. after a while it starts working...

Here is the error over here on 4 accounts... I think this is a system wide error as I have confirmation from an associate in Moreno Valley having the same issue.

      we're also having issues trying to access cox mail via our Galaxy (Android) cell phones. Although we can still log into cox webmail.
