Apple mail actions reflected in Cox webmail

Another question How can u make sure that any email action in Mojave Mac mail is also made in Cox Webmail? This is how I got in trouble with storage space.....Deleting emails from Mac Mail did no...

My MacMail deletion of emails are still not being recognized by webmail

Thats even Option-Delete, and changing when to delete in Mailbox behavior

I believe this all started with finally doing the MAC upgrade to Mojave just a few days prior.  I feel like I'm narrowing this down to being a Mojave thing
