Problems with Cox email and -- SPAM -- prepended to subject
All the mail comiong from one domain (our congregation) gets --SPAM-- prepended to the subject line, and when we try to reply, the email will not send with an error of:
Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [Heather Rosenthal <email@example.com>] (550 - 550 <firstname.lastname@example.org> message rejected. Refer to Error Codes section at www.cox.com/.../email-error-codes.html for more information. AUP#CXSNDR
This is extremely annoying. We need to start a totally new email to reply to them. How do we resolve this problem?
