possibly hacked my email and other accounts

I have changed my passwords and closed credit cards but my emails are breached and I do not receive codes to reset some of my accounts. I need to know if I am protected and what I need to do to stop the phishing and all the spam that I am getting now? I get junk not my personal information that has been stolen.

    I would recommend checking the auto forwarding setting under the webmail settings to make sure that copies of your emails are not being sent to another email address.
