Port forwarding issue

I'm attempting to open the ports that Final Fantasy 14 uses.

In the Panoramic Gateway, I've reserved an IP for my desktop PC.  On wifi.cox.com, I've set up the correct ranges and protocols for port forwarding to my PC.  Advanced Security is OFF.  I've rebooted the Gateway.

However, when I go to a port checking site, the specified ports report as closed and over a dozen of the common ports report as closed too.

    Your concerns are important to us and I would like to help. There are ports that we have blocked to protect our network for us and our customers.
